The MorPhiC consortium annual face-to-face (F2F) meeting was held on April 14-16, 2026 at the Robert H. Lurie Cancer Research Center in Chicago with a hackathon day on April 14 and main meeting on April 15-16 . This meeting provided an opportunity to present progress made by the MorPhiC components (Data Production Research and Development Centers, DPCs; Data Analysis and Validation Centers, DAVs; and the Data Resource and Administrative Coordinating Center, DRACC), to advance consortium working group aims, and to set expectations and milestones for the coming year.
This year’s meeting focused on the importance of collaboration, data sharing, and future planning for consortium-wide publications. In particular, the agenda consisted of collaborative presentations, science talks, a poster session and an invited keynote presentation by Dr. Francisca Vazquez, Director of the Cancer Dependency Map Initiative. Additionally, the consortium External Scientific Committee was represented, providing feedback on the trajectory and future directions for the program.
